RDA’s spectacular views of rolling hills make it the ideal location for your outdoor event. The property's ranch style home is surrounded by five acres of manicured lawns and rustic event sites that offer four terraces with breathtaking views. Only 13 minutes from downtown Redlands and conveniently located near highways 10 and 60. Rancho de Amor is a close escape from city noise, lights, and traffic.

OUR MISSION & ABOUT US

For Billy and I, our mission comes from our own experience of getting married at Rancho de Amor. Little did we know meeting over 5 years ago that our wedding on June 10th, 2017 would become the inception of Rancho de Amor Country Club (read about it here). The property has been in Billy’s family for over 35 years and it became the ideal place for our vision. Our vision was to establish an outdoor event venue that would allow a lot more flexibility. Because we are family and privately owned we have the freedom to create any custom event with ease. Our ranch is a place of life, love, and partnership. ALL VENUE PACKAGES INCLUDE:

-up to 125 guests

-tables, chairs, and linens for 125 guests

-over 25 linen colors to choose from

-parking for 100 cars w/ attendant

-2 VIP bathrooms

-one scheduled rehearsal

-use of all 4 terraces -partial use of ranch style home

-decorating is allowed after 2pm the day BEFORE your event

-check out time is 11pm the night of your event.


POLICY & ADDITIONAL COSTS:

-packages include 125 people, each additional guest add 25 per person

-max 200 guests

-2000 non-refundable deposit is due at the signing of your contract

With all inclusive package 2nd payment of $5000 due 6 months in advance

-balance needs to be paid in full 60 days before your event

-all vendors must be licensed and insured and must email a copy to RDA before your event

-vendors must be finished by time on contract

-liability insurance contract is due 30 days before your event, no exceptions. If the contract is not on record with RDA 3 weeks before your event, your event will be canceled without a refund.

-RDA reserves the right to change policy and pricing at anytime
